Many illegal and stupid things are done every day in real estate. Often times, these things are not done on purpose. Sometimes people do things that they don’t know that they’re not supposed to do. There are a lot of people out there who just want to take advantage of other people. People and investors need to be aware of that.   • House Hunters
  • Wholesalers
  • Buyers List

There are two magic questions to ask when building your team. Those two questions are:

  • Are you an investor?
  • Do you work with other investors?

Some questions that you can ask yourself are the following:

  • Who is already apart of my real estate team?
  • What positions/skill sets do I still need on my team?

If you don’t have specific people in mind for those empty positions, make a plan to find your people.
